Printers press on with Hungerford expansion

Commercial printers Ridgeway Press are to expand to Hungerford, in a property deal brokered by commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co.

Ridgeway Press provide a full range of design, print and fulfilment solutions from premises at Easton Royal, near Pewsey.

They will be trading as Hungerford Printing Co from a 580 sq ft unit at The Courtyard, Hungerford, offering the design and printing of business cards, stationery, leaflets, brochures, banners and books.

They are also offering selling space within their new shop area to any local small business with art and craftwork to sell.

The shop lies opposite Eliane in the Courtyard, to the rear of Hungerford Bookshop.

Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said “We wish Hungerford Printing Co every success with their venture in Hungerford, which we hope will be very successful.”

Kilpatrick & Co have one other shop available in the Courtyard of 302 sq ft available to let at an asking rent of £7,500 p.a.

Kilpatrick & Co also have 610 sq ft of offices available at Wessex House in the High Street, available at an asking rent of £8,825 p.a.
