New tenants for Newbury town centre unit

Swindon-based commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co has let Unit 10 Weavers Walk in Newbury to MI Amor Mija Ltd & Mobilise My IT Ltd.

Located in Northbrook Street, Weavers Walk is an attractive courtyard retail scheme set in the heart of Newbury’s prime shopping street and a short distance away from the Parkway Shopping Centre.

Formerly occupied by Mary Hare Hearing Centre, Unit 10, approximately 655 sq ft, is a two-storey shop which has space and versatility for any retail or office-based business with a large display window looking out into the yard.

At first floor level there was the benefit of either additional sales or office space with a toilet and store.
