Kilpatrick & Co secure letting on historic building in Corsham

Kilpatrick & Co have secured a new letting on offices in High Street, Corsham of 647 sq ft in a historic building with self-contained entrance off Post Office Lane.

The offices, with their own kitchenette and toilet, have been let to Corsham-based water treatment specialists Aquabion UK Ltd, who were relocating within the town.

Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said ” We wish Aquabion well and hope these offices will be a good admin base for them in what is a tranquil, but accessible location with views over Corsham High Street from the top floor.”

Kilpatrick & Co have no other properties to market in Corsham having let two office suites recently but do have two suites of offices nearby in Chippenham.
