Beauty spa opens in former college building in Kilpatrick & Co deal
A beauty spa has opened in a building previously occupied by New College, Swindon in a deal brokered by commercial property agents Kilpatrick & Co.
The 2,597 sq ft two-storey property on Manchester road – previously used as an adult learning centre – has been let to Hair Solutions Swindon Ltd on a 10 year lease. The asking rent was £28,500 per annum.
Hair Solutions relocated from Commercial Road to acquire new larger premises.
