Property firm triumphs in prestigious industry awards

Commercial property consultancy Vail Williams is celebrating after triumphing in two prestigious awards, beating some big commercial property industry names along the way.

The Berkshire-based firm was adjudged a winner in two categories in the CoStar awards which recognise and celebrate commercial real estate’s top agents and agencies across the UK.

Vail Williams was named Most Active Acquisition Agent in the Berkshire & North Hampshire region ahead of the likes of Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, BNP Paribis Real Estate and JLL.

And the firm was also ranked first in the Investment Award – Regional Investment Agency category across the South East.

Each year, commercial real estate professionals can submit their closed sale and lease transactions to be considered towards the CoStar Awards.

CoStar looks at the transactions undertaken by property professionals then verifies and analyses thousands of deals to identify winners in each market.
