CBRE makes senior Bristol appointment
Commercial real estate firm CBRE has made a senior appointment to its Bristol office.
The firm has promoted Daniel White to regional head of flex advisory, expanding his remit to cover the Midlands, South West, North of England and Scotland.
He previously led CBRE’s Flex Advisory activity in the Midlands and South West.
In his new role, Daniel will drive the growth and integration of these services across regional markets, while maintaining a dotted-line connection into CBRE’s UK Flex leadership team in London, which oversees the national platform.
“This is an exciting time for the flex sector as demand continues to grow across the UK,” said Daniel.
“I look forward to supporting our regional teams and clients with a joined‑up Flex Advisory offer that reflects the needs of occupiers, operators and landlords.”
John Ogden, head of UK regional markets at CBRE, added: “Dan has played a pivotal role in strengthening our Flex Advisory presence. His promotion reflects his leadership and the increasing strategic importance of flex across UK cities.”
CBRE’s Flex Advisory platform supports clients across three core areas: occupier brokerage for complex corporate transactions, operator growth for key flex operator clients, and landlord advisory for investors shaping their flex strategies.
