CBRE moves to new Bristol HQ

Real estate advisor CBRE has relocated its South West and Wales HQ to a major new office development in Bristol.

The firm is taking 7,500 sq ft on the first floor of the EQ development on Victoria Street.

CBRE’s project management team led the fit-out of the new 7,500 sq ft office, which will house more than 100 employees.

The CBRE Bristol team has doubled in size over recent years, outgrowing its current Clifton office.

Other tenants at EQ include HSBC, global sustainable development and engineering firm Arup, and law firm Knights.
