Fit-out specialists take office space at redeveloped office
Workplace fit-out specialists Overbury and Morgan Lovell have signed for office space at 100 Victoria Street, Bristol, adding two more occupiers to the building, which was recently redeveloped by CBRE Investment Management.
Part of the Morgan Sindall Group, Overbury and Morgan Lovell chose 100 Victoria Street for its sustainability credentials, occupier experience and connectivity, with Bristol Temple Meads station a short walk away.
The move brings two established workplace fit-out businesses into one of Bristol’s newer office developments, reflecting continued occupier demand for space that supports ESG goals, employee wellbeing and talent retention.
Morgan Lovell designed and delivered the fit-out of the office ahead of taking the space itself, giving the business first-hand knowledge of the building before signing.
Alex Riddell, director at CBRE, said: “Securing Overbury and Morgan Lovell is a strong endorsement of 100 Victoria Street.
“Both businesses work at the top end of workplace design and delivery, so their decision to locate here says a lot about the building. Today’s occupiers are looking for offices that help attract talent, support sustainability goals and give employees a good experience, and 100 Victoria Street does that.”
Peter Knight, managing director at Overbury, said: “We wanted a space that reflected our own commitment to sustainability and employee experience, and 100 Victoria Street stood out. The building’s environmental credentials and location made it the right choice for our Bristol team as we continue to grow across the South West.”
Matt Blakeman, managing director at Morgan Lovell, added: “The best workplaces bring together sustainability, connectivity and somewhere people genuinely want to spend time. 100 Victoria Street offers that, and its proximity to Temple Meads made it an easy decision. We’re looking forward to becoming part of the building’s occupier community.”
Following the signing, two office floors remain available at 100 Victoria Street.
CBRE and Knight Frank acted jointly on behalf of CBRE Investment Management.
