First letting announced Bristol’s One Hundred on Victoria Street

The first letting has been announced at One Hundred on Victoria Street in the centre of Bristol’s business district.

CBRE Investment Management has signed the first leasing agreement with RSA Insurance.

RSA Insurance has taken 7,668 sq ft of office space on the sixth floor of the building, which has recently been redeveloped by CBRE Investment Management.

One Hundred offers 57,465 sq ft of office space, having undergone a complete redevelopment that enlarged the existing 34,000 sq ft building and placed energy efficiency and wellness at the heart of its design.

The building has achieved the highest sustainability and connectivity standards, including BREEAM Outstanding and Net Zero Carbon.

One Hundred is situated in a prominent location on the corner of Victoria Street and Temple Way, in the heart of Bristol’s Temple Meads office district and within five minute’s walk of Temple Meads Station.
