Industrial unit scheme ‘first for Swindon in 10 years’

A 50,000 sq ft light industrial and business unit scheme in Swindon has been brought to the market.

The scheme is the first of its kind in 10 years according to CBRE, which is marketing the property.

The Fraser Centre, located on Faraday Road within the established Dorcan Industrial Estate, comprises a rare speculative new build scheme of seven high-quality units.

The development includes a mix of three detached and four terraced units, offering flexible accommodation between 4,571 and 18,284 sq ft, suitable for a range of occupiers. Construction of the scheme has recently completed.
