Purpol Marketing wins seven Stevie Awards for Women in Business

Bid-writing expert Denise O’Leary of Purpol Marketing has brought home seven international Stevie Awards For Women In Business from a ceremony in New York.

With a tally of two golds, three silvers, and two bronzes, Denise was also presented with a Grand Stevie Award.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honour the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners during a gala event attended by nominees and their guests at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

More than 1,600 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories.

Denise won two gold awards in the categories Mentor or Coach of the Year – Marketing/Public Relations/Social Media and The Best Female Entrepreneur in Europe, the Middle East & Africa.

Her three silver awards were in Social Change Maker of the Year – Disability; Mentor or Coach of the Year – Government or Non-Profit and also Most Innovative Woman of the Year – Government or Non-Profit for the work Denise has done raising over £280k in grant funding for charities since July 2021.

And she scooped two bronze awards in the categories Woman of the Year – Government or Non-Profit and Achievement in Equal Pay.

From Purpol’s Gold Stevie Award-winning entries the panel of international judges commented: “In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Denise is passionate about giving back.
