Letting agent named among UK’s best after five national award wins
Letting agent Swindon Home Finders has been named best in county at the ESTAS Awards, while also taking silver in the UK Grand Prix for the best letting agent in the UK for tenant service.
The Old Town-based agency collected five accolades at the industry’s customer service awards, held at Grosvenor House in London.
The ESTAS are based on client reviews and recognise firms rated highly by the people they serve.
Swindon Home Finders won best in Wiltshire in the sales and lettings (landlords and tenants) category.
It also took gold in the letting agent landlord category, silver in the best letting agent (tenant) office in the UK category, and silver in the UK grand prix for best letting agent in the UK (tenants).
The Grand Prix was the standout result for the team. it recognises excellence on a national stage and is judged on the experiences of tenants themselves.
“To receive the silver grand prix award for best letting agent in the UK, as voted for by tenants, is an exceptional achievement for our team,” said Sue Gidney, managing director.
“We’re incredibly proud to see their dedication recognised at this level.
“Knowing that this award comes from the people we help every day makes it all the more meaningful.”
Gidney said the awards were a chance to reflect on the agency’s progress and the importance of keeping homeowners, tenants and home movers at the centre of its work.
“We were thrilled to be finalists in multiple categories this year,” she said.
“Going to the awards was a moment to take stock and reflect on the progress we’ve made this year and recognise how vital putting homeowners, tenants and home movers at the centre of everything we do is.
“All the nominees are doing inspiring work and to be finalists alongside them is inspiring.”
She added that winning best in county was particularly significant given the competitiveness of the category.
“We are so proud to win best in county at the estas awards,” she said. “it’s an incredibly competitive category and i couldn’t be prouder of our team, without whom we wouldn’t be collecting this prestigious award.
“These awards are particularly important because they’re based on client reviews and only award businesses who come highly recommended. to be recognised, let alone win, is a great achievement.”
