Law firm FSM expands family team with new hire

Law firm Forrester Sylvester Mackett has expanded its family law team with the appointment of solicitor Katie Howlett.

Katie, who is based at the firm’s Chippenham office, works with clients across Wiltshire, advising on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial settlements, arrangements for children and relationship agreements.

She has particular expertise in matrimonial finances, advising on cases involving property, pensions, business interests and other complex assets.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2021, Katie has significant experience acting for clients across a broad range of family law matters.

Before joining Forrester Sylvester Mackett, she worked at Legal 500 recognised firms in Wiltshire and Bristol and is a member of Resolution, an organisation for professionals working in family law committed to a constructive approach to family disputes.
