Bristol law firm appoints new corporate director
Law firm Freeths has appointed corporate director Joe Lythgoe to expand its national and international M&A practice.
Joe brings over ten years’ experience working in M&A, both in private practice at City firm Lewis Silkin and in-house.
His appointment will see him play a key role in Freeths’ International M&A and Private Equity team, alongside advising founders and management teams across their corporate and M&A activity.
Recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the latest Legal 500, Joe has a particular focus on the creative industries, including marketing services, PR and television.
His track record includes advising on several high-profile transactions and private equity investments in these sectors.
