Midlands accountancy firm snaps up Wiltshire practice
Fast-growing Stoke-on-Trent accountancy firm DJH has snapped up Wiltshire practice Gooding Accounts to join its 20-office, 900-employee company.
Sam and Katy Gooding will continue to lead Trowbridge-based Gooding Accounts following the acquisition.
The firm moved into new premises at White Horse Business Park in July last year.
Sam (pictured left) said: “This is an exciting next chapter for Gooding Accounts, but our foundations remain exactly the same.
“We have built something incredibly special here in Wiltshire, and I’m hugely proud of our team and the relationships we’ve built with our clients over the years.
“Katy and I are as committed as ever to our team, our clients and our community. We’re not moving away or changing who we are – we’re strengthening what we can offer.
“By joining DJH, we can combine the personal service and local knowledge our clients value with access to a much broader network of specialists and resources.”
DJH CEO Scott Heath said: “Gooding Accounts is exactly the type of practice we look to partner with – a successful, forward-thinking firm with a fantastic team and a genuine commitment to its clients and community.
“We are delighted to welcome Sam, Katy and the whole team to DJH.
“Our aim is to support its continued success while giving their clients access to the additional expertise, technology and resources that come with being part of a larger group.”
