Excalibur Communications named as Vodafone Retention Partner of the Year 2022
Swindon-based communications and IT solutions provider Excalibur Communications has been named UK Vodafone Retention Partner of the Year 2022.
The award recognises Excalibur’s strong customer retention rates for mobile communications. Alongside retention, Excalibur has also seen a 6.1 per cent rise in mobile connections for 2021 to 2022.
Excalibur has worked with Vodafone for over 22 years and was one of the first UK mobile phone dealers to become an accredited Total Communications Partner, its highest partner accreditation.
Dean Ludford, Vodafone business partner manager, said: “It’s fantastic to see that Excalibur are bringing their customer retention strategy to life, offering their customers even greater added value, across the services they provide. Congratulations to our retention partner of the year and, keep up the good work”
Peter Boucher, Excalibur Communications CEO (pictured), said: “This award is a testament to the Excalibur culture for solid teamwork and how we serve and sell to our customers.
“We’re on a mission to set a high standard for service excellence and this approach has really paid off in terms of customer engagement and retention, with a typical customer staying with us for six-plus years.
“Our relationship with Vodafone supports this, making sure our customers have the latest mobile solutions and services.”
As Excalibur has grown from a mobile provider to a 50 per cent telecoms, 50 per cent IT business, it has taken full advantage of Vodafone’s portfolio of mobile and fixed-line products and services that bring greater connectivity and business tools to customers.
The Vodafone portfolio has supported Excalibur in building the leading-edge mobile comms solutions demanded by SMEs.
