Wiltshire law firm Goughs appoints Elmira Moore to residential property team
Wiltshire law firm Goughs has appointed Elmira Moore to its residential property team.
Elmira joins the firm as a senior associate at a time when the property market continues to grow. Sales in the first six weeks of 2024 are 16 per cent higher than over the same period last year, and seven per cent more new listings coming to the market than last year according to figures from Rightmove.
The licensed conveyancer, who will be based in the firm’s Chippenham High Street office, said: “I am delighted to be joining such a successful and forward-thinking residential property team with values that are close to my heart.
“As an ambitious individual, I am excited to get stuck into a role in which I can develop and grow. It’s an exciting time for the property market, which is looking to boom in 2024, so I couldn’t be more thrilled to have joined Goughs at this time.”
Lesley Warren, head of residential property, added: “We’re very pleased to have Elmira join us, her expertise, energy and drive to deliver exceptional service to her clients is what we’re all about at Goughs. I know she’ll be a key part of the team as we look to continue delivering excellence to our clients.”
