JLL strengthens its presence in the Bristol industrial and logistics market with appointment of Chris Yates

Real estate agent JLL has appointed Chris Yates as a director, where he will act as head of Bristol industrial and logistics, bringing the South West team together.

Based in JLL’s Bristol office, Chris brings a wealth of experience and industry expertise to further enhance JLL’s industrial and logistics capabilities in the region.

Chris Yates joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he began his career as a graduate in the Cardiff office in 2012. Throughout his tenure, his role expanded into the South West region, and he was appointed as a partner at the firm.

In his new role, Chris will be instrumental in providing strategic advice to JLL’s clients in the South West, developing and executing tailored strategies that meet the specific needs and objectives of investors and occupiers in the market.

Chris’ appointment follows the recent announcement of Giles Weir’s appointment as head of strategic occupier solutions.
