JLL strengthens project management and cost management teams with two key appointments

Property consultancy JLL has announced two appointments to its South West region project management and cost management teams.

Henry Blunden joins as director of cost management, while Helen James takes on the role of associate in the Bristol project management team.

Henry returns to JLL as director, cost management for the South region, bringing over 20 years of industry experience.

This marks a welcome return for Henry, who previously worked with JLL’s London cost management team from 2010 to 2015.

Prior to rejoining JLL, Henry held a position at RLB and also has valuable contractor and developer experience.

In his new role, Henry will be based across Bristol and Exeter, focusing on strengthening JLL’s regional cost management function in the South West.

He will provide comprehensive services including budgeting, cost estimations, feasibility advice, procurement reports, contract advice and tendering preparation.

Henry’s expertise will be crucial in driving regional growth and further developing and broadening client relationships.

Helen James joins as an associate in the Bristol project management team, bringing 18 years of industry experience. Helen has spent the last seven years as a project manager, with previous roles at Gleeds and positions at engineering firms such as Hydrock and Aecom.

Helen will further develop JLL’s project management team including bringing specialist Higher Education expertise and brings impressive client experience including the University of Exeter, Bath Spa University, UWE, Change Real Estate, Muse Developments, the NHS and DWP.
