Four appointments at law firm Wansbroughs
Wiltshire law firm Wansbroughs has announced the appointment of four new legal experts.
The appointments include two senior hires: Louise Hall, who joins as legal director in the firm’s corporate & commercial team, and Linda Blay, who joins as senior associate in the agriculture & landed estates team.
They are joined by James Wood, solicitor in the corporate & commercial team, and Orlando Barry, a paralegal in the family & divorce team.
Louise and James will work with the wider team to support companies and business owners with both UK and cross-border transactions, providing practical legal and commercial advice to businesses at every stage of their growth journey.
The firm says they bring valuable expertise to the corporate & commercial Team at a time of increasing demand from ambitious high-growth businesses.
Their appointments will help the firm broaden its commercial offering with support across business mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, commercial transactions, contracts and day-to-day corporate and commercial advice.
Linda brings 20 years’ experience to the agriculture & landed estates team, with particular expertise advising individuals, families and business owners on wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate succession planning and complex estate administration.
Orlando joins the family & divorce team as a paralegal, supporting the team as it continues to deliver thoughtful, practical advice to clients during important moments in their lives.
William Ingram Hill, partner and chair at Wansbroughs, said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise, James, Linda and Orlando to Wansbroughs.
“These appointments mark an exciting step forward for the firm and reflect our continued commitment to investing in talented people who strengthen the service we provide to our clients.
“The growth of our Corporate & Commercial Team is particularly significant, enabling us to support our strong and expanding client base, both nationally and in the US and Europe, with clear, commercially focused advice as they develop and expand.
“We are proud to be growing in a way that reflects both the needs of our clients and the ambitions of the firm.”
