Change at the top for Swindon-based specialist recruitment agency

Swindon-based specialist recruitment agency Aligra has appointed Andy Rowlatt as managing director as part of a leadership restructure.

Founder and current managing director Mark Neilson will become Group CEO under the restructure.

The change will give Mark (left) time to lead the company’s overall strategy and direction while also exploring opportunities for further national and international growth while Andy (right) focuses on day-to-day operations, strengthening client relationships, and driving continued success and expansion across Aligra’s UK business.

Founded in 2007, Aligra specialises in recruitment and talent management for the transport, logistics & supply chain and automotive & engineering sectors.

Mark said: “Aligra has always been about forward-thinking growth and delivering the best for our clients and candidates.

“As Group CEO, I will remain actively involved in our UK operations while also exploring strategic opportunities that will strengthen our position in the industry and abroad.

“I have worked with Andy for over 20 years, he has been a key part of our journey, and I have full confidence in his ability to lead with the same energy and commitment that defines Aligra.

“I’m delighted to recognise the role he has had in our growth and will have in the future.”

Andy added: “It’s a privilege to step into this role at such an exciting time for Aligra. We have an incredible team, and I look forward to continuing working closely with Mark to build on our success, ensuring we continue to innovate and provide outstanding service to our clients.”
