Unit 13 Hughenden Yard

Former hair salon is a snip at £13,500 pa

A former hair saloon in the centre of Marlborough has come onto the lettings market with an asking rent of £13,500 per annum.

Award-winning hair salon Goldsworthys has refurbished and consolidated from two units into one in Marlborough’s popular Hughenden Yard precinct, leaving the second unit of 677 sq ft – which has been refurbished and redecorated – available on a new flexible term lease.

Daniel Pitt of Kilpatrick & Co, which manages the precinct and is marketing the unit, said: “The shop is suitable for any retailer to move into quickly and start trading from day one, putting them in a good position to catch all Marlborough’s good Christmas trade.”

Existing occupiers of Hughenden Yard include Radish Loves Rhubarb, Complete Interiors, Sound Knowledge, Rejuvenesce, Vincent’s Menswear, Monsoon, and Café Thirty8.
