Raise a glass as Majestic Wine returns to Chippenham
After a three year absence from the town, Majestic Wine is returning to Chippenham in a deal brokered by Huw Thomas Commercial.
The national retailer will be moving into the former Tile Giant unit on Foundry Lane in Chippenham, directly opposite the Hathaway Retail Park.
The property provides approximately 4,600 sq.ft of space plus dedicated parking outside.
Huw Thomas said: “Majestic Wine has been looking to move back into Chippenham for a while, but had very specific requirements for the store’s profile and the ability to park outside.
“The Foundry Lane building is ideal for them, with on-site parking and being directly opposite the Hathaway Retail Park that has occupiers including Halfords, Jollyes, B & M Stores and Tesco Express”.
The internal fit out of the store is already well under way, in order for the shop to be open and trading well before Christmas, its busiest time of year.
Majestic Wine was advised by Richard Curry of Rapleys.
