Independent commercial property agent joins Loveday
Independent commercial property agent Huw Thomas will be joining Swindon-based Loveday in January.
Huw launched his eponymous agency in 2014, before which he was a partner at King Sturge and a director at JLL.
Huw has 30 years’ experience in commercial property and covers all sectors, including retail office and industrial /warehouse. He also provides advice on letting, selling, lease and rent review negotiations and valuations. Huw is a RICS Registered Valuer
Huw said: “I had a few health issues earlier this year, one of which prevented me from driving for nearly seven months. It made me realise that I really need some support and back up if anything similar should happen again.
“I’ve known all the Loveday partners for a very long time and previously worked with Alastair Andrews and Bradley Forbes when we were all at King Sturge together.
“It seemed to be a very natural fit for me to gain the back up support I need, while also expanding Loveday’s business coverage along the A4 and A350 corridors where I undertake the majority of my business.”
Alastair Andrews of Loveday said: “We are delighted to have Huw join our team. He is a well respected and well connected property adviser in the region and will bring a lot of knowledge to our business while also helping to expand our regional coverage.
“It’s an exciting move for all of us”.
Loveday was established in 1892 is active throughout Wiltshire and surrounding area as well as along the M4 corridor. In addition Loveday acts for corporate clients across the United Kingdom.
