Growing truck parts firm picks up a new property

One of the region’s leading suppliers of truck, trailer and bus spare parts and accessories has purchased a two storey business unit at South Marston Park, Swindon in a deal brokered by commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co.

Family-run business Picksons Plc have taken a 4,366 sq ft unit with a 2,383 sq ft warehouse, and first floor office accommodation of 2,030 sq ft.

Picksons currently have depots at Gloucester, Bristol, Bridgewater, Avonmouth and Yate.

The asking price was £270,000 and Kilpatrick & Co acted on behalf of Kingdom Securities. Andrew Kilpatrick of Kilpatrick & Co said: “We are pleased to have concluded the sale of this business unit in South Marston Park and we wish Picksons every success with their expansion.”
