Commercial property agent changes address ahead of anniversary celebrations

After nearly five years of helping business owners in Swindon and Wiltshire find their perfect property, commercial property agent Kilpatrick and Co have made a move of their own.

The firm – which celebrates its fifth anniversary in July – has moved into new offices at Delta Business Park from a property at Commercial Road, which is being converted into flats.

Managing director Andrew Kilpatrick said: “Whilst ideally we wanted to remain in the town centre, we couldn’t find suitable offices. In the end, we chose to move out of town to Delta, which is very accessible and close to a variety of amenities, such as Bridgemead, Mannington Retail Park and the West Swindon Shopping Centre, and has the added advantage of ample parking for visitors and staff.

“Our new offices provide flexible modern floor space all on one level and we have scope to take on more staff to meet our growing client base and expanding agency, professional and management services in the commercial property field”.

Office manager, Daniel Pitt said: “This is truly an exciting time for Kilpatrick & Co and we are looking forward to meeting the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Whilst our office location may have changed, our commitment to provide the best possible service for our clients and their tenants remain steadfast and resolute, and we are looking forward to giving clients a warm welcome to our new offices”.
