Forvis Mazars takes eighth floor of Bristol’s Assembly Building C
Global professional services network Forvis Mazars has taken the eighth floor of Bristol’s new flagship mixed-use regeneration scheme, Assembly.
The company will occupy 7,800 sq ft of space in Assembly Building C, joining Clarke Willmott and Nordic Semiconductor in Building C; Knight Frank in Building B; and BT housing its South West hub in Building A, where it has 2,500 employees.
The waterfront development is billed as “an entirely new type of development for Bristol,” with a focus on wellbeing.
The public realm surrounding the development is now complete and includes an attention-grabbing public art trail featuring twisted telephone boxes, post boxes, and street lamps by acclaimed artist Alex Chinneck.
Assembly Bristol is represented by Savills and JLL as letting agents. Forvis Mazars was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Chris Meredith, director at Savills, said: “Assembly Bristol is setting the standard for a mixed-use regeneration scheme, offering flexible and smart workspace across three buildings, as well as cafés and public space.”
“Incorporating the latest methods of construction and design, the buildings combine exceptional quality with excellent efficiency and impressive sustainability.
“It has been thoughtfully designed to deliver a thriving workplace with a focus on staff wellbeing, productivity and health.”
