Final phase of Bristol regeneration scheme complete
The final phase of a 320,000 sq ft mixed-use regeneration scheme in Bristol city centre has been completed.
AXA IM Alts has completed Building B of its Assembly Bristol project, with the first tenant confirmed as global property adviser Knight Frank.
The building offers 28,000 sq ft of Grade A office space targeting BREEAM Excellent accreditation across six storeys.
Knight Frank has taken one storey of 4,500 sq ft.
Building A of the project, which extended to 200,000 sq ft, was completed in 2021 with the 90,000 sq ft. Building C was completed in February of this year.
Tenants of Building A include BT, which has established its South West hub there. Clarke Willmott LLP and Nordic Semiconductor have moved into Building C.
The scheme is located in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, a short walk to Temple Meads Station, Cabot Circus shopping district, and the Floating Harbour.
Rob Samuel, UK head of development at AXA IM Alt, said: “The delivery of Building B marks the completion of the Assembly Bristol scheme, which provides occupiers with best-in-class workspace and extensive public realm in the centre of Bristol.
“The excellent amenities and sustainability credentials align with how businesses want to work.
“The scheme has already attracted a diverse tenant mix, with over 80,000 sq ft of prime office space immediately available for businesses seeking to benefit from Bristol’s dynamic ecosystem.”
