A shop and offices with a striking Union Flag mural is changing from a recruitment agency to an estate agents.

The mural was painted to celebrate the Queen’s diamond jubilee in 2012 as part of a street party thrown by businesses in Swindon’s Commercial Road.

119 Commercial Road has been vacated by Field Recruitment, who have relocated elsewhere in Swindon, and been taken over by Peepal Estate Agents.

The property was marketed by commercial property agent Kilpatrick & Co.

The end of terrace, two-storey building extends to 863 sq ft with a ground floor retail / office space with a large display window overlooking Commercial Road on the ground floor and three offices above. The property also comes with three parking spaces.
