Jazzbones announces three charities to that have won a £10,000 website makeover

Swindon branding and digital agency Jazzbones has named the three local charities that have won a £10,000 website makeover.

Voluntary Action Swindon, The Bus Shelter Project, and Wicked Weather Watch will each get a modern, functional website that will help them connect with their communities, increase visibility, and drive donations or volunteer support.

Jazzbones launched its Makeover for Charities initiative back in August. The three charities were chosen following a competitive selection process.

The comprehensive website makeover will include an in-depth review led by Jazzbones’ seasoned website design consultants.

The process kicks off with discovery workshops to deeply understand each charity’s unique needs, followed by meticulous research and the development of a tailored digital strategy.

Jazzbones will then craft an extensive, modern website design, utilising the WordPress CMS for easy content management.

To top it off, the new website will be fully integrated with Google Analytics, allowing the charities to measure and optimise their online performance.

Nathan Sandhu, founder and creative director of Jazzbones Creative, said: “We were absolutely blown away by the response to our FREE website makeover offer.

“There are loads of great charities out there that are really struggling online at the moment, and it is a pleasure to pick the three successful applicants for this offer.

“Jazzbones’ ethos has always been about community and giving back when we can. We are really excited to be working with these charities—they all do amazing work, so watch this space to see the results.”

About the winners:

Voluntary Action Swindon (VAS)

Voluntary Action Swindon provides vital support to local charities and voluntary organisations, offering advice, training, and resources to help them thrive. With their website overhaul, Jazzbones aims to create a platform that enhances their ability to reach more organisations, enabling them to better support Swindon’s voluntary sector.

The Bus Shelter Project

The Bus Shelter Project provides a safe, mobile shelter for the homeless. This innovative initiative uses a converted bus to provide housing and services to those in need. Jazzbones will transform their website into a user-friendly, impactful platform to help raise awareness, attract donations, and share the personal stories behind their work.

Wicked Weather Watch

Wicked Weather Watch is dedicated to educating young people about climate change and global environmental challenges. Through classroom engagement and Arctic exploration stories, they inspire the next generation to take action on climate change. Jazzbones’ website makeover will enhance their ability to reach schools, teachers, and students, ensuring their message continues to make waves.
