Systemagic’s young boss reaches finals of Director of the Year Awards 

IT specialist James Eades, of Systemagic, has been selected as a finalist in the Institute of Directors’ South West Director of the Year Awards.

The 32-year-old has built up a strong brand with Systemagic Ltd – with offices in Trowbridge and Bath – and leads a team who are focused on high levels of customer service and support.

James said: “I’m thrilled to be chosen as a finalist for this award for the south west. I’m also proud of the team I lead and their achievements in making our business such a success.” 

Systemagic’s core business is IT support and maintenance for its clients. Customers can also take advantage of the company’s other supporting technical services which include broadband and internet connectivity, cloud services including online back-up and hosted exchange.

James became managing director after taking over at the helm of the company in 2010. He originally joined Systemagic in 2002.

The I0D in the South West said its judges were very impressed by the high standard of entries this year and the strong level of leadership demonstrated by directors from a wide variety of different companies.


The winner will be announced at on Thursday, June 12 at the Paintworks in Bristol. Regional winners will then go forward to represent the South West at the national awards later in the year.
