Growing IT firm welcomes operations manager
IT support firm Systemagic has appointed a new operations manager to its expanding team.
Harriet Brooks brings almost 10 years’ experience managing support teams and her role will comprise managing the busy help desk and field technicians as well as ensuring clients receive a consistently excellent service.
Systemagic managing director James Eades said: “Harriets role is really important in setting us up for continued growth in 2018, and I’m delighted that she brings so much experience to the team.”
Bradford-on-Avon based Systemagic has doubled its staffing numbers in recent years, and created two new roles already in 2018.
