Solicitors in a spin over charity fundraiser

Cycling solicitors at law firm Goughs have over £1,000 for Bag4Sport, the Devizes based charity that works to raise funds for youth, sporting and charitable organisations.

This was the first year Goughs Solicitors has competed in the Bag4Sport 24 hour spin-a-thon, which was recently held at Route 2 Fitness in Devizes.

Goughs put together a team of 31 people, who tirelessly ensured that throughout the 24 hour challenge, the Goughs bike relentlessly pedalled on.

Eloise Harper, a solicitor in the firm’s commercial department, said: “We were immensely proud of the time and energy given by everyone in the Goughs team. Our team spirit powered us on throughout the day and into the twilight hours ensuring that our commitment to providing 24 hour peddling in support of Bag4Sport was accomplished”.

Martin Lang, commercial partner in the firm’s Corsham office said: “This event was a real triumph. It was fantastic to see so many dedicated people working so hard to support a well known local charity. Bag4Sport provide such a valuable resource to so many groups across the UK, and all from our doorstep in Devizes”.
