Ed Dodd, deputy chief executive of The Hills Group, said: “When the new role of divisional managing director – waste solutions was advertised it attracted a high calibre of applications, but Neil was the standout candidate given the positive impact he has had on our commercial operations, his industry knowledge and his vision for the future growth of our business.”
