Creative agency Milk & Tweed has appointed a new senior client partner to help clients make the most of its expertise.

Meg Fenner-Jamieson, who has been with the Chippenham -based agency for almost four years, is taking on the role and says it will strengthen the way it works with clients.

“My role essentially will be to be act as an extension of our business within our clients’ teams – almost like their own marketing person,” she said.

“I’ll be able to understand their needs and goals and advocate for them here to make sure they get exactly what they need from us.

“My job will be to sit with the client, whether it is an enterprise business or a smaller business, to translate what they need to our various departments and figure out exactly what that brief needs to be to make sure that they’re getting the right service and results.

“We have an incredible amount of knowledge, services and skills within our team – from animation to brand identity, to custom coded website development, to Search Engine Optimisation and much more. You would typically have to go to multiple different agencies to get all of that.”

Creative Director Jake Jeffries said the growth of the agency, which has offices in Wiltshire and Brighton, and its increase in larger clients, means it is the right time to introduce the role.

“We’re growing and bringing on board more and more clients who are with us for the long term, so it’s right that we focus on account management to make sure we not only match our clients’ needs and expectations, but exceed them,” he said.

“We are bringing on more and more clients like the City Of London, Whitehall Garden Centre, Goughs Solicitors, Mintivo, CoppaFeel, Supporting Education Group and The Junior Premier League – and they are all fantastic and exciting clients, but they need a more in-depth understanding and service that can be better achieved via a single channel to foster clearer communication, stronger deliverables and a focus on growth and results.

“Meg has shown a brilliant grasp of what we can do and has a track record of delivering for our customers and helping them navigate marketing choices. She’s the first of what will be a team and will be excellent in this role, our clients will really benefit.”
