Alder King strengthens building consultancy team to power further growth
South West property consultancy Alder King has made a new senior appointment in its Bristol building consultancy team to drive continued growth.
Chartered building surveyor Phil Hall has joined the practice as a partner after two years working with real estate consultancy Hollis in Bristol.
Phil brings with him over 10 years experience in the property and construction sectors.
“Alder King’s building consultancy team has an enviable reputation, overseeing multiple high-profile projects across the UK, and is much in demand,” said Phil.
“I’m therefore delighted to join this well-established and successful team and look forward to delivering on our clients’ property and construction objectives.”
Phil’s appointment follows the recent promotion of partner James Jacobs to head of Alder King’s building consultancy team.
James commented: “Phil is a great addition to our team, with excellent technical construction knowledge and experience. We have a pipeline of work that will benefit from his expertise.”
The seven-strong team, based in Bristol and Exeter, offers a range of building services for every stage of the property lifecycle, from building refurbishment and construction, project management and party wall disputes to dilapidations, investigations and surveys.
