An event in Swindon on Thursday, April 20 will give business owners and managers a chance to hear from experts about the changing face of workplaces, and take a tour of one of the town’s newest developments.

The Welcome Back to the Workplace event, which is being held by FI Real Estate Management at 3 Newbridge Square, starts at 8am with networking, breakfast and coffee, followed by an economic briefing with Malindi Myers, the Bank of England’s agent for the South West.

The expert panel discussion will examine the changing demands of the workplace and how offices are adapting to new ways of working.

The panel will consider how office spaces are increasingly investing more deeply in providing high-quality spaces, with a particular focus on wellness and sustainability.

The event will conclude with a tour of 1 Newbridge Square – FI Real Estate Management’s latest office destination and refurbishment project, due to open later this year – before finishing at 11am.
