How do your workplace perks measure up to others? Survey will set benchmark for Wiltshire employers
Perks offered by employers in Wiltshire and Bath are going under the microscope this week, as recruitment specialists CMD Recruitment aim to determine the industry norms when it comes to employee benefits.
The Employee Benefits Survey, which is open to clients and non-clients, will help establish benchmarks in areas such as holiday allowance, levels of sick and maternity pay, private medical insurance, working patterns, staff bonus schemes, and even if employees are offered a day off on their birthday.
“We’re frequently asked by employers for benchmarking and what their competitors are doing,” said Dan Barfoot, operations manager at CMD Recruitment.
Every survey participant will receive a copy of the compiled survey results.
