Commercial property firm LCP opens new Bristol offices
National commercial property and investment company LCP has moved to new offices in Bristol to accommodate its growing South West team.
The twelve-strong Clifton-based team looks after a number of properties in the South West and Wales, including The Shires Shopping Centre in Trowbridge, Mallard Court in Bridgwater, Coronation Square in Cheltenham, and Cwmbran Centre and Cwmbran Leisure.
Adam Martin, director and head of the Bristol office said: “Since opening the office in 2019, the portfolio has grown from managing 12 to 70 multi-let commercial properties, comprising 1,200 tenants across retail, industrial and office asset classes, totalling more than £250 million in assets under management.
“We have made a number of appointments through 2023 which has seen the management team grow to include professionals across the property landscape including building surveyors, lawyers, property and facilities managers.”
