LCP Bristol office expands managed portfolio

The Bristol office of LCP, the national commercial property and investment company, has added four new retail centres and an office block to its asset management portfolio in the last month.

The acquisitions by the LCP Group of companies total more than 100,000 sq ft and include large regional centres, local convenience parades and offices.

Adam Martin, LCP’s head of Bristol office, said: “These are significant additions to the existing portfolio of properties under management from the Bristol office. LCP is committed to adding value and investing in local communities.

“The Bristol team has extensive contacts in the retail sector and is working hard to bring in new occupiers ensuring the continual improvement of the offer.”

Bradley Pavilions is a 17,500 sq ft convenience parade on Pear Tree Road, Bradley Stoke, and tenants include Tesco, Coral and independent, local businesses, while Stephen’s Place, in Plympton is a 27,000 sq ft district retail centre comprising 17 retail units. Tenants include Boots, Card Factory, Santander and Iceland.

Tadpole Garden Village in Swindon is the third retail acquisition to be added to the Bristol portfolio and is a 6,299 sq ft local convenience parade anchored by Sainsburys.

The property company has also acquired Mallard Court, a three-storey 53,000 sq ft office block in Bridgwater (pictured). Existing tenants include the NHS, Toolstation, Nest and Somerset Transport Solutions.

LCP’s Bristol office recently added two new members of staff to the team to meet the demands of its growing portfolio.
