Developer Jansons Property acquires former Dell HQ in Bracknell

Developer Jansons Property has acquired the former UK headquarters of tech firm Dell in Bracknell.

The PC manufacturer left Bracknell in 2022, following its acquisition by EMC Squared.

Jansons Property says it intends to redevelop the 80,000 sq ft office building on the eight-acre site at The Boulevard for industrial use.

It is one of two acquisitions announced jointly the firm. The other was the 7.6 acre Kingsmead Business Park in High Wycombe.

Together the sites have a combined gross development value of £100 million, and will provide 300,000 sq ft of industrial space.
