Recruitment firm aims to raise thousands with charity golf day

Wiltshire-based CMD Recruitment is hoping to raise thousands of pounds for mental health charity Wiltshire Mind at its second charity golf day.

Last year’s event raised £7,000 for the Devizes Opportunity Centre – and organisers are hoping to exceed that total this year.

The event will be held at Cumberwell Park golf club on Thursday, September 16. A day of golf with on-course refreshments will be followed by an evening three-course meal, a charity auction and raffle, and talks from local sporting legends.

Supporters from the Wiltshire business community are being invited to enter teams of four with a suggested donation of £150, or to donate prizes for the auction or raffle.
