Accountants in running for trio of awards

Chartered accountants Banks BHG are in contention for a hat-trick of accolades at the Wiltshire Business Awards.

It’s the first time the company has entered the awards, and the overall winner will be announced on April 17 at a glittering ceremony in Center Parcs, Longleat.

Banks BHG is in contention for awards for Customer and Staff Care, Small Business of the Year and Services to the Community. All finalists – whose names were revealed yesterday – are automatically entered for Wiltshire Business of the Year.

Director Richard Mathews said: “We’re delighted to have reached the finals of these awards, which showcase the best of business in Wiltshire. All credit to our team, because they are what makes us such a successful company.”

Banks BHG, which reached the finals of last year’s British Accountancy Awards, is based in Stratton, has a team of more than 30, and specialises in accountancy, audit, tax planning and bookkeeping services for both individuals and business, and also specialises in bloodstock and racing.
