Globally recognised leadership expert Jeremy Blain will address a meeting of Swindon Chamber of Commerce next month.

High-profile speakers join Swindon event

A clutch of high-profile speakers are joining a major business event in Swindon next month.

As reported last week, Transformational Leadership for a Digital World will be addressed by globally recognised leadership expert Jeremy Blain, the multi-award-winning CEO of Performance Works International, whose expertise and insights have been instrumental in guiding organisations through significant leadership and cultural transformations.

Now Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, which is hosting the event, has announced that Jeremy will be joined by a trio of speakers who are at the forefront of business, leadership, and cultural shifts.

They include:

  • Georgia Ronald, head of talent, and leadership development Asia Pacific for Becton Dickinson Group. BD is a global medical technology leader, dedicated to advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics, and the delivery of care. Georgia brings a wealth of experience in developing high-impact leadership and talent strategies within the medical technology sector.
  • Delfin Juan, communications and engagement director for Standard Chartered Bank Asia Pacific. As a representative of one of the world’s leading international banks, Juan offers deep insights into corporate communications and engagement strategies that drive business success in the competitive financial services industry.
  • Tareef (Tim) Jafferi, founder and CEO of Happily.Ai. Tim is a pioneer in leveraging science-backed AI-powered solutions to build high-performing cultures. With over nine years at Google, including his tenure as chief of staff at Google Search, Jafferi’s unique blend of management consulting and technological expertise will provide invaluable perspectives on integrating AI into leadership practices.

“Speakers will ensure that attendees gain a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate and thrive in the evolving digital landscape,” said the Chamber’s Tim Major, who will be hosting the event.

“The event will feature engaging presentations, insightful panel discussions, and unparalleled networking opportunities, fostering connections with like-minded professionals and industry leaders.

“I am delighted to work with businesses in Swindon to bring this event to members and bring world-class speakers to local events.

“Swindon Chamber of Commerce, as part of the Thames Valley Chamber Group, continues to lead the way for business in the area.”

The event will be held at The Royal Agricultural University’s Swindon Cultural Heritage Institute, part of the Carriageworks development, on Thursday, June 13 from 9.30am to 11.30am.
