Jensen Wealth throws networking event in aid of Julia’s House on International Women’s Day
Marlborough-based wealth management firm Jensen Wealth will be holding a networking event in the town on International Women’s Day in aid of children’s hospice charity Julia’s House.
The event will be held at Rick Stein in Marlborough High Street, with the restauranteur laying on free coffee and cake so that all donations go straight to Julia’s House.
The event takes place on Wednesday, March 6 from 9.30am until 11am.
“We are excited to bring together women from the community to celebrate International Women’s Day and make a meaningful contribution to Julia’s House children’s hospice,” said Rachel Jensen of Jensen Wealth Management.
“Having experienced the loss of my sister to a terminal illness, I deeply understand the significance of the services offered by Julia’s House to children and their families. It brings me great joy that we can unite and provide our support to this essential cause.”
Jo Common, Julia’s House corporate fundraiser, said: “We are thrilled that Jensen Wealth is hosting this wonderful fundraising coffee morning in aid of Julia’s House.
“Support from events like these is instrumental in enabling us to be a lifeline for the increasing number of seriously ill children and families relying on our care.
“We hope it will help raise awareness for the charity too – as one of the simple things the parents we support are grateful for is being able to take a break from caring for their seriously ill child and enjoying a coffee and a chat.”
Places at the event can be reserved at jensenwealth@sjpp.co.uk
