Digital marketing firm The Pursuit Agency celebrates milestone anniversary

Swindon-based digital marketing agency The Pursuit Agency is celebrating its second anniversary.

Over the past two years, owner and founder Rob Curtis has seen significant growth, from hiring his first employee to meet increasing demand and supporting future expansion, to now boasting a team of five.

“I still can’t believe it’s been two years already,” Rob said. “It is hard to start a business at any time, and we see over 30 per cent of new businesses fail in their first two years of operations.

“To have surpassed this is a huge milestone for us. We’re incredibly thankful to our clients for allowing us to be a part of their journey!”

The past two years have been marked by several achievements. The Pursuit Agency has won multiple awards, including Startup of the Year at the Great British Business and Community Awards in 2023 and the Techies Driven by Data award in 2024.

“We’re incredibly thrilled to have received recognition for our hard work and dedication. It’s wonderful to be recognised for what we’ve achieved and the difference we’ve been able to make to other businesses,” said Rob.

In September 2023, Rob took on his first employee, Belle, with hopes of expanding the team further in 2024. The team now comprises five members, with plans for further growth.

“We’re always on the hunt for the right person to join the Pursuit team,” Rob added.

Giving back to the community is a core value for Rob. This year, he has committed to running the Bournemouth Marathon in October to raise funds for the Swindon-based charity Best Mates.

Looking ahead, Rob is optimistic: “The next 12 months look even better for us, so I can’t wait to see what happens.”

The Pursuit Agency helps businesses to become visible using a range of digital marketing tactics including SEO, pay-per-click and content marketing.

To date, clients include Helen Browning’s Organic, Avrion, Filestream, WeAnswer, Milroys, Aegina and more.
