Wansbroughs promotes two lawyers to new managing associate position
Law firm Wansbroughs has promoted lawyers Emma Jewell and Tom Britten to the new position of managing associate.
The role has been created this year to recognise and support high-performing team members who have made a strong contribution to the firm and who have been identified as strong candidates for partnership.
Emma, from the corporate and commercial team, advises clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate and employment matters. She has gained considerable experience in drafting, advising and negotiating commercial contracts for the provision of goods and services. She is also experienced with mergers and acquisitions, company constitutional documents, employment contracts, staff handbooks and settlement agreements. Emma joined Wansbroughs in July 2018.
Tom, from the wills, tax, trusts & probate team, advises clients on a range of matters including will drafting, preparing lasting powers of attorney, and estate planning. Tom joined Wansbroughs in 2018.
