IMEX takes on third apprentice in three years
IT provider IMEX has recruited its third apprentice in three years.
Matt Brailey has joined the Malmesbury-based company as a helpdesk administrator, and has been enrolled in a Microsoft-backed Apprenticeship scheme.
IMEX provides outsourced IT support and management services to SME business and organisations.
In 2013 it was awarded Gold Certified Partner by Microsoft for its know-how and expertise in delivering cloud-based services, particularly the Microsoft 365 suite.
Director Keith Cleverley said: “The apprenticeship scheme will once again give a young person the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, become a key part of a company, whilst gaining industry recognised qualifications at the same time.”
Matt will be joining IMEX’s busy support department, managing tickets, alerts and feedback which it receives from the monitoring of its customers systems while he progresses through his Microsoft IT Apprenticeship with the goal of developing into a full time role at the end of his training.
