Thames Valley law firm Gardner Leader has made a number of promotions across the business.

Tim Blackman and Louisa Baker have been promoted to partner and senior associate respectively in the real estate team, while Gail Vallis has been promoted to partner in the corporate and life sciences team, and Vicky Schollar has been promoted to partner in the employment team.

In the dispute resolution team Sam Pinder, Daniel Smith, Harriet Hughes and Kerrie Duffy have been promoted to partner, senior associate and associates respectively.

Lewis Harvey has been promoted to senior associate in the corporate team, while Amy Wilson Weymouth has been promoted to senior associate in the family team, and Hana Krilovska has been promoted to associate in the residential property team.

Managing partner Derek Rodgers (pictured) said: “I am very proud of all our team and especially pleased to see how many of them have been with the firm since they were paralegals or just qualified.

“Everyone has made a great contribution to our firm and we are looking forward to seeing them continue to build on this in the future.”
