Avison Young expands its multi-disciplinary Bristol team
Strategic real estate adviser Avison Young has expanded its Bristol office with new appointments strengthening its multi-disciplinary approach across both transactional and advisory teams.
Senior surveyor Laura Gordon joins the valuation team, having previously worked in Avison Young’s London office.
Laura has an MSc in real estate from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Jack Phillips has been appointed as a graduate surveyor working across the office, retail and lease advisory teams.
With a BSc in real estate from Oxford Brookes University, Jack is now studying for his APC qualifications from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Within the planning, development and regeneration team, Nicola Lovell joins as an associate. Nicola brings with her a wealth of planning experience from both the public and private sectors in England and Wales.
Daniyaal Sadiq has also joined the team as a graduate urban planner, attaining a Master’s degree at Cardiff University.
Joe Wood and Ffion Brown are the latest surveyors to join the building consultancy team. Ffion is an assistant building surveyor, where her varied role sees her involved in project management, dilapidations, surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.
Like Ffion, graduate building surveyor Joe Wood is involved in a wide range of building surveying services offered by Avison Young.
Evie Mahony is a recently appointed graduate surveyor in Avison Young’s land and development team. She graduated with a BSc Hons in real estate from Oxford Brookes University and is now studying for her professional APC qualifications.
As part of the primary care advisory team, AssocRICS qualified Greg Boast joins Avison Young with experience across property management and commercial valuation.
Lucy Hayes joins Avison Young as a graduate surveyor with a real estate degree from the Royal Agricultural University. She is part of the telecoms team.
